Thank you! The damping plate if put down the middle as I have it only covers 50% of the vents and there is plenty of ventilation and no increase in heat coming out the top vents or increase in temperature of the side massive heat sinks even after many hours of playing time at typical levels.

The difference in use of the plate on the A-02 was subtle but it was there; heard big gains on transport, DAC, pre-amp and Wavelet, etc.. (prior setup) then added the plates to the A-02 followed by my power conditioners. The A-02's betterment in performance was noticeable but subtle, the power conditioners even more subtle believe it or not.

Thank you Ivan! The insert attachment function under "Go Advanced" when creating or replying to a post from a web browser (at least Chrome on MacOSX) acts a bit strange. The photos are shrunk to a fraction of their size sometimes (but not always) getting enlarged later. Thank you for enlarging them. Is there something I am missing that I could be doing? I do not store my photos out on the web anywhere so I cannot use the function that allows me to specific a URL for upload. Can this function be fixed to allow for full size upload first and every time? It seems to behave differently (viewing) the same photos on cellphone (Android) versus web UI immediately after. Thanks in advance!

I'll answer that after 500 hours of break-in so we are making an on-par evaluation. It would be unfair to the R1s to make the comparison now against what I've been hearing, especially in the last 3-6 months out of my most recent speaker and setup. Have a great day and Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Very nice! Looks amazing with everything setup. You have put this speaker on my radar now.

Question: I see we have the same Isotek gear. I (like you) have my amps plugged into my Titan, but I've heard by NOT plugging your amp directly into the wall robs dynamics. Have you ever tried bypassing the Titan and plugging your amp right into the wall? Just asking b/c I was thinking of trying this test to see the difference.

A lot less than there used to be with my prior active speaker w/RoomEQ setup. Look at some of the older photos, it was very difficult to organize cleanly and without cable interference (but did get everything the way I wanted it, all cables either separated or at 90 degree angles, etc....).
