Dan- don't get me wrong. I LOVE THIS CAR!! My office is right across the street from my Lexus dealer (wife drives an LX 460) and I see some really nice cars come and go ever day. If I lived down south, there would already be one of these in my driveway! I really need an AWD car for all my travels in New England and points north.

Dan, like others have said, I'm not a fan of the Lexus "spindle" grille until seeing it on this model. Looks like a ton of fun to drive!

I think that I've finally found what I was looking for.

The Plan at the moment is to get one of these (probably "previously owned" ) when I "have to" start withdrawing from my federal TSP ( the tax man, he 'do' want his money... ) That'll be 2019...might not be able to wait... In the interim, I'd like to get a C7 Vette.

I'd like to find a LC500 in this interior:




In that BMW 8 series thread that I started about 2 weeks ago ( and said I liked the looks of the LC500 more ) I agreed in general with those who didn't like the Lexus spindle grills, but said that it works for me on the LC500.

I also said that I do expect that one of them would be way more reliable than the other, especially in the long run...as much as I tend to appreciate things German.
