MC 1.2 KW Stopped Working

I am not getting amplified signal out of my left channel MC 1.2 KW...Please help with any potential remedies...

Status:
—MC 1.2 turns ON and stays ON, LED remains ON, needle flickers upon turning ON but no sound coming out to speaker...
—Using Balance cable and switch in on Balance...
—Replace new Balance cable during diagnostic...
—Checked L & R signals are coming in from 2300 preamp...
—Checked the Reset switch...
—Unplugged MC 1.2 and restarted...
—Speaker is working properly...
—Preamp 2300 is working properly...
—Only Right Channel is working

Results:
—LED lights up
—Needle flickers upon turning ON
—No signal out to speaker, needle doesn't move...

Please provide suggestions. Thank you.

Change fuse?

Does unbalanced work? Is switch set correctly?

I would still check all the fuses. Might be blown, even though the control board powers on.

I think it has a relay switch and PowerGuard system but I can't find a fuse linkage anywhere.

I'd try two things;

1) Swap balanced cables from preamp (left out to right amp, right out to left amp).

2) Connect known working right speaker (cables too) to the left amp.

I have tried those two steps and also tried unbalanced interconnects with correct setting of the switch.

The amp never lost power or LED lights--it just all of the sudden over the weekend stopped receiving signals--the VU needle doesn't flicker like it normally does.

Remove speaker load and see if meter moves with incoming signal from pre amp. If so send in for service. I had a MC1000 that would not drive load. Had a bad cap in a low voltage supply circuit.
