I still watch it out of nostalgia. At the rate they are canning TV shows, it's hard to find one that keeps going.

Took the M-I-L yesterday to see this movie - she is a Bond fan even at 79. We went to the first showing on New Years Day @ 11:45. The movie has been out for almost 3 months now and the theater was jam packed full.

I stayed away from reading this thread because I did not want to have someone give the movie plot/details away.
Stacie and I watched it last night and made it our first movie with our new Sony VPL-VW1000ES projector.  We loved it! What can I say I am a sucker for Bond movies. Was it my favorite Bond, NO. It was missing some of the ingredients that I look forward in a Bond movie like not enough cool gadgets. I also like it when Bond has a female counterpart that captures his attention. But it was like they just threw in a hot girl for appeasement sake ... And yes the plot was not the best of the bunch, but it was still enjoyable to watch. 4 Out of 5 Stars!

That's a nice new projector Jim, and to watch 'Skyfall' 007 on Blu-ray as your 1st flick from it is a great feat.
