The Draughtman's Contract by Peter Greenaway seen in about 1986 still haunts me as the worst movie I have seen.

I've seen my share of bad movies but there is only one film where I left the cinema mid seance :

A dirty shame

Most of you haven't seen it, well I wish I could say the same.

More recently, there was the Tree of Life. It was a big WTF from beginning to end. I can't believe people liked it and pretended to understand it.

Woody is really a love him or hate him kind of guy. He wins plenty of awards so obviously people like his work, but not everybody.

Same way on TV. For years 30 Rock was winning all the Emmy's for best comedy and I didn't find it funny at all. I watch Girls on HBO and it's been nominated for best comedy for a few years now and I find no humor in the show. All these animated comedies on FOX and I don't find them funny. I always enjoyed the Three Stooges, but they're not everyone's cup of tea.

Contraband (2012)
Captain Philips (2013).

I just watched that over the weekend. Time to rewatch it to see what I missed the first time.
