How about a USB phono preamp. Many (most? all?) can also serve as a DAC so would have analog input and output. Just do a web search on USB phono preamp. Rega, NAD and PS Audio, among others make them.

I use a RME Fireface 400 via firewire, but that would cost more than getting a Mac Mini as suggested above.
