I feel like I helped with the increased % of record sales all by myself in the last few years.
I got back into vinyl in 2010. I purchased a medium priced Marantz 15 TT with the Virtuoso MM cart. I needed something to play a record my son bought me as a joke for the album cover. I liked it so much I have upgraded twice since then. Another excuse I had, is that since I have a C2300 with a phono stage I might as well plug something into it. Of course I had to upgrade that phono stage recently.
