For the love of music,
Unfortunately as of right now I do not have the option of AES on my
C2600. I am eyeing the D1100 but would like MQA if I make a change.

Solartiger,
I purchased the N10 as the start of my next level of equipment. I have
no plans on changing the N10 going forward as I believe I will be happy
for least 8 years. Great choice.

I can’t imagine you not being thrilled with the N10 playing into your PS audio
DAC. Upgrading my Dac is my next move.

PMCH,
It may be your Berkeley that is taking it up a notch thru the USB. I myself
have not tried the USB yet but will give it a try. I’m sure it will be very close
in sound as the power supply and cabinet is a big contributor.

I have my N10 hooked up to McIntosh D1100 via aes, coax, and usb simultaneously all with WW platinum 7 cables. They all sound identical to my ears. Love my N10 .... and D1100

This is the exact route I planning for my system this year.

New D1100 shortly (replaces my D100) and then Aurender.

As a worshipper of the little silver disks, the Aurender will be my first ever streamer/player for my main system.

From what I am learning these seem to be fairly robust and reliable units.

Thoughts and recommendations appreciated

The N10 with Emm DA2 make a killer combo. I would only replace it with the upcoming W30
