Default Breaking all the rules, having lots of fun

In a recent post, I explained how moving my precious main system from a dedicated listening room to our main living, dining, working, entertaining area has turned out to be one of my best audio decisions ever - despite the totally un-audiophile-friendly environment (lots of glass, no symmetry, bad speaker placement, etc.)

Some of you have asked for photos. Here are a couple of my "rack".

Let's see if you can list how many audiophile "rules" I break?

I'll get you started with an easy one:

1) Equipment rack (including turntable) sandwiched between the speakers.

Your turn ...

Alberto

Alberto......I like it a lot! The beautiful credenza and the Tannoy's compliment each other in a pleasing harmony. The gear looks great tucked away, and best of all the music can now be shared and enjoyed with other activities. I am also impressed with the album display. Very nice.

Alberto, I also like it a lot. What's the point of having fine audio systems if they can't be in the part of the house that you most enjoy them? It's like having a fine camera that you never take anywhere...

-- Very nice Alberto; I like it very much.

* All that wood gives a warm atmosphere. And I like the fact that your cabinet's panels are removable.
