Default Shipping overseas?

I have been asked if I would consider shipping a cable overseas.

Besides the cost (paid by buyer), what should I be concerned with as long as I am paid by PayPal???

Craig, it's certainly doable.
I've bought cables from Dan (a couple), Ivan (many), Jeff Dorgay (a couple).
If you put "gift, worth 9$' on the box, the receiver won't pay extra at customs (here in Europe that can be quite expensive).

Thanks Bart! If I was selling to someone known and respected such as yourself, it would already be shipped! My inquiry comes from a dude with no history.

I am proceeding cautiously.

I have sold several items to overseas buyers BUT they have always had me deliver the products to a US address. It was up to them to get them to the end location.

Be very careful putting 'gift' on customs declaration to the UK. Border Force unpacked the Wireworld cables sent to me - it took 3 months and a lot of paperwork and personal and financial cost to finally get the cables sent on. Ivan probably remembers this - the Border Force UK are getting wise to 'gifts' and are getting increased customs charges as a result. Be warned.

Yes, UK’s Border Force are a nightmare... Genuine gifts from my US-based sister and good friends in Hong Kong have been seized many times.
