A shot from driver's left at the Chute of Juan Pablo Montoya...the cars are literally heading straight for you from this photo location. I was getting hit by their "marbles". Those tire marks are pulverized tire compound on the track. I've done a LOT of shooting in a lot of different corners with all different vehicles over the years, but standing at this location and having the cars get airbone and slide around as much as they do while they head straight for you at this speed was pretty disconcerting. Notice that the right front tire is completely off the ground.
