While the Citori (425, 525 or 625, not the 725) is my favorite sporting clays gun, I can't imagine paying what they ask for a Grade VI or VII mass-produced 725 (other than the engraving & inlaying). Wonderful, exceptionally reliable (up to the 725) shotguns. Not a fan of the "new" triggers. Gave up on my Cynergy (same triggers as the 725) after one season of unhappiness.

I've got a 40 year old Belgium Browning that as I remember was a Broadway Lightening. Shot a lot of trap back than. I probably have at least 100,000 rounds through it.

Sorry...... thought you were talking the Citori, which is still available in the Lightening model. Belgium Brownings are wonderful guns and still command good prices on the used market. Think CSMC may have copied, as they do the Model 21 today, at some point. Have not looked in a few years, but the Superposed was available as a custom build from Europe last time I did, so may still be available.

interesting Glenn, I too owned a Cynergy (POS IMO) and a 725 and while both are mechanical triggers I felt the 725 was far better. Regardless my inertia trigger on my 625 Golden Clays is still better.
