The Piega Master Line Source is an absolutely amazing speaker. I had the fortune to listen to it in Horgen directly at the Piega office.

I personally enjoy Piega 90.2 in combination with an Accuphase A-70 wich is a perfect match.
Lucky you, haha.

You should do it.

But it's strange, that such excellent equipment isn't popular in the UK.

Default Accuphase e-213 integrated - any opinions

Hi guys,

I cannot start my own thread yet and don't see anything on this model on the net that is trust worthy. Has anyone had any experience with the e-213? I have an opportunity to buy one in near new condition with all the box contents and original packaging. Before i decide to drive 2 hours to audition it, i was wondering if anyone had any feedback. I am also interested in the e-260 and was wondering if the was any significant sonic difference as the specs are similar. Any feedback is appreciated.

I appologize if this should not be in this thread

Thanks

Gord

The main technical (and audible) difference between a E-213 and e.g. a E-250/260 is the AAVA-volume control of the newer models. I suggest you to look for a E-250/260.

or perhaps listening to a 370 as well....
I'm planning as well to buy an Accuphase.
They told me to avoid the base-model (all brands)

Default E470

Hi
I recently bought the E470 and totally wowed by it, but just one little niggle... does any one know how to disable, if possible, the amp going into sleep mode?

I'm sure it does, but I'm blind and unable to read it, so the question still stands.
