I do noticed that you haven't listed any phonostage in your signature, do you use the AD30 in the 2120?
Yes i use the AD-30 in my C-2120.
One of the reasons that i want to upgrade is so that i can get the AD-2820/50

How good is the AD-2850 compared to C-37? How well the AD-2850 meets its price?

According to Accuphase, AD-50 is compatible with your C-2120. AD-2820/AD-2850 is not.

Accuphase preamp upgrades will of course lead to a sonic improvement. How much of this sonic improvement you will finally hear depends entirely on the rest of your system components.
