I agree with this, though mine has had very little use so far due to my health.

Thanks, didn't realize Jack offers other models besides the WA22 with balanced inputs and outputs.

I am waiting for a beta test unit of PS Audio's BHK Signature PreAmplifier.

BHK for those who haven't been following the PS Audio threads are the initials of Bascom King, i.e. same King commissioned to work on the LCD4-matching headphone amplifier.

From all accounts, the same magic he's created in the BHK power amps are also in the preamp and headphone amp.

And out of left field, the PrimaLuna DiaLogue Premium HP integrated amplifier is also well worth an audition - the HP stands for High Power (double the power tubes) as well as Headphone. The Headphone output is driven by tubes, and is NOT an afterthought design with some cheap op-amps.

Other than it has a top notch dac the NuPrime DAC-10H might fit the bill...

Resistor ladder volume taken straight from the top pre-amp from Nuforce. Same volume system as the $16k Pass... USB, 2x Optical, 2x Coax, 2x Analog RCA inputs. Fully balanced with XLR outputs.

Tremendous balanced headphone amp with 4-pin XLR. Drives the HD800S amazingly!

Something worth considering....

I can't stop thinking about this...lol. I know you have the Phonitor and McIntosh MHA100. What are all your other headphone amps?

I have a Centrance DacMini for my bedroom (headphone) setup which is really pretty nice. However, now that I have moved to my Audeze LCD-CX and Beyerdynamic T5p, it's getting time to upgrade. Thoughts about a nice, small footprint headphone amp/DAC would be appreciated.

Thanks
