Fine. I didn't respond because I do not know him and know nothing about burning SACDs.

Unfortunately the two Oppo models are discontinued. Any place that I have seen with any for sale, recently, are jacking the prices. The new models cannot rip SACD, using the process.

Honestly, it was a glitch that is against Sony's licensing. No surprise that the ability was removed from the new models.

Too bad actually. I wouldn't mind archiving my SACD's.

I got a brand new 103 when news first came out. All it does is rip SACDs. I think I am done about 80% of my collection.

Problem is a lot of DSF files are unrecognised by Room or come out as Unknown Album

To burn SACDs from an ISO, you can actually do that but you would need an older Oppo 93/95 with an old firmware to them. You basically burn them as a SACD-R using DVDR media.

I suggest that you use MP3TAG to fix your metadata so the album/track shows properly in Roon.
