Antonio Vivaldi
La Stravaganza 12 Concertos Op.4 This is a 2 LP set inherited from my mother which is in pristene condition. It offers wonderful sonics and accurate play on the correct insturments. Highly recommended! L'oiseau-Lyre R225016 Regards, Jim

Yes I am going for contrasts this evening. I've been clearing out my recently passed Mother's house for the last 6 weeks, and wanted to think of her. We listened to Vivaldi, often. :^)
Regards, Jim

Very sorry to hear about your mother. I hope it is some consolation to have the memories of wonderful music shared.

Listening to . . . The Enchanted Isles - Harp Music of Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales
Carol Thompson - Harp A Dorian CD, recorded in 1993 Beautiful, restful, amazingly well played and well recorded - This is a close your eyes and just listen recording - taking care not to fall back to sleep. I love the sound of a harp and this is one of the most enjoyable listens of that ilk known to me.
