I have tried numerous combinations and the synergy Naim has with Dynaudio surpasses anything I have experienced to date. Nothing I have tried yields the control over the large voice coils in the Dynaudio bass transducers yielding a very dynamic presentation.

Other brands I have not tried that others have also raved about with Dyn are Conrad Johnson, Pass Labs and Burmester.

Both are great. The M2 is a little fuller sounding in the midrange. The M2 has an extremely clean sound. I did not switch out of Bryston because I was trying to fix anything. I just wanted to try the M2 since it is a new technology. I also really like how simple my system as become.

sounds Awesome Jax. Ill have to take a drive to my Dyn dealer and listen to them, he raved about them again on the phone, even tho he knows they are beyond my price range. But I do want to spend some time listening to the 340s and 160s while Im there.

Im actually looking at DM2/6s to use a surrounds in my dual purpose system. I want to hear the 2/6s and see how big they actually are.

Very nice.

In my experience with them, anything less than about 22" off the back wall and you start to lose detail in the low mid/upper bass. I did not use the port plugs as I felt the speakers were not as dynamic with them.

Bye the way did you you toe them in, or did you prefer them them firing straight forward. Thanks
