I think thie C1s will be the hot setup and if you feel the bass is lacking in the lowest octaves, add in one of your JLs. I think you will be surprised at the bass they are capable of though, the person that CD was referring that I also know was able to get 35 Hz out of them in his room.

I think the C1 Sigs are rising to the top based on all reviews and input. Thanks, time to start making some phone calls

It would certainly be interesting to get to compare a pair of these to my C1s, but in all likelyhood that will never happen

I thought all of the S25s,even the US run were sold out.

I love the concept of the S25,high quality drivers, highquality crossover in a sturdy box gives one a neutral and satisfying speaker. Without using metal or carbon fiber enclosures,or ceramic drivers thats all the rage these days.

FF, I'm sure Mick can comment better than I (though he's likely tied-up with CES)...but I believe all the pairs have, long-since, been spoken for. However, that doesn't mean some dealers don't have their alloted pairs still around.

Old school! There are a few pairs left, we purposely kept a few pair around since they are so limited.

I have a pair of these S25´s. paired with a mcintosh c2300 + mc275....they sound great! My problem is, as usual, the room, not so big (in fact, small-mid room); when I will move to a bigger one, I’m planning to get a second mc275 and mono them.

I have just bought the C2 Signature and my last speaker was the S25.
While the C2 is in a different league ( without doubt a more refined and smoother speaker - much easier to adjust), the S25, as mentioned here, is really special...I do not know exactly how to describe...but I miss some of its personality...
I love the C2 Sign...but I would like to have also the S25 around :-)

Audio, like sportbike suspension set up, is always a compromise.

Hello friends,

In the next Sunday I will test the Dynaudio Special 25th with AR LS27 and Viola Forte mono powers.

Nice regards,
Ricardo Nonato.
