Arc vs 115?
Notice that the VS 115 is no longer listed as a product on the ARC website. Has it been discontinued? Is so what would replace it if anything?

Interesting. Is this what you have heard from ARC? Seems they would want a power amplifier at the price point of the VS 115.

I am guessing there will be a replacement. The Ref 75 is the entry level stereo amp in the Reference line. There ought to be a stereo power amp in the non-reference line that will probably match the SP-20 preamp. I jabe no knowledge of anything specific but just making a logical assumption.

I agree- too many people like the open architecture of the VS115. I doubt if this is going away completely from the ARC line. It is a helluva amp.

I also agree I would like to see a replacement for the VS115. Problem I see is the price point the VS115 was $7k, VSi75 integrated is very good and at a price of $8k.(apples and oranges I know) When I was shopping I looked at the VS115 listened to it and came to the conclusion the extra 2k for the Ref75 was worth it.

I do like the open architecture of the VS115. I know it is silly - but beyond price, it is one of the things that keeps me full pulling the trigger on upgrading to the to the REF line. When I do, I know it will be hard to let go of the VS115. I guess I could use it to heat my office at work
