All in all, it took me two hours for a pair and it's pretty straightforward to do. I'm listening to them now and I notice that I have more bass and more details, much less noise. This is really not bad at all for the cost (around 300$ for the pair). I'd love to compare them to branded cords ... |

Really cool. Thanks for sharing. Spendy for a DIY. Must be very high quality components. I, too, wonder how they match to those offered by, say, Shunyata at the same price point.

Each connector is 50$ so that adds up pretty quickly but it's still cheaper than a furutech.
I already had a DIY using the same cable but with cheaper connectors and the difference is staggering. Next time, i'll try the furutech ! |
