Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!
I attended RMAF this year, first time ever, and there were a few companies having drawings to win a piece of gear. I almost never win but I'm willing to toss my name in the hat anyway. Tuesday after RMAF, much to my surprise, I received an email from Benchmark audio indicating that I was the winner of a HGC 2 DAC valued at $1700.00!!!!!
After confirming this to be the truth I was given the option to pay the difference and move up to any product in their lineup, I opted for the top of the line dac, the HGC 3 with remote control. It arrived yesterday as promised and is settling in nicely in the main rig. A shootout will soon take place between the little Benchmark and my PS Audio DirectStream. Congratulations Steve. You are right, people really do win those drawings. I won a pair of nola boxers 3 years ago. Great speakers!
