Default Logitech Harmony 650

Finally purchased a universal remote to replace six other remotes. It is an inexpensive Logitech Harmony 650. I didn't realize a universal remote could be so easy to set up. It has the codes for McIntosh and even Esoteric. It doesn't do everything but does do 95% of what I want it to do. Wish I had purchased it many years ago. My coffee table is uncluttered now.

I used one on my old 2 channel system. It was easy to program, had all the codes I needed (even for some late 90's gear) and worked very well.

Welcome to Remote WAF.

+1, e-x-a-c-t-l-y! I feel like an idiot for not buying one sooner. Controls Mac, ARC and everything else. Super easy to program and easy to use.

I have 3 Harmony One touch screen remotes for each level in my home. They are nearly perfect in every respect. They will simplify your life AND make your wife happy since she'll now be able to watch tv on her own.

Another advantage to the Harmony 650 remote is that it is much more powerful than any of my original factory remotes. Because my equipment rack is at the far side of my room, that really makes a difference. There's no need to to precisely aim the remote at the components, as was necessary with the original remotes.

Been using Harmony remotes for years, every other stock remote goes in the box. Great product.

Ditto here, a Harmony for each system.
