Today is a big holiday here in Arizona. We’re having Al Pastor for the main course. The pork brine began yesterday afternoon. There will be plenty of Tequila Anejo and cerveza to liven the mood.

Hmmm. Where in Arizona are you located? Up here in the high country of Prescott it’s not so big of a deal. Haven’t seen anything advertising it to my knowledge. But yhen again we pretty much enjoy our peace up here.
