Default What is going on with McIntosh????
Seems like the company is not the same.

1. New equipment is arriving broken
2. Quality control seems to be stinking
3. Parts are unavailable
4. Repairs are months behind

What is going on with this icon?

They had better get it fixed, or there will be many people jumping ship.

Yep! That’s why I’ll be sitting tight with what I have for awhile. I was looking to upgrade my c2500.

No ship jumping for me, but keep in mind we generally tend to hear more about complaints online than satisfied customers.

How long has it been since they have transitioned several amps, speakers, in a year time? Ramping up new products have to be adding to some delays etc?
