should really make the HD700's and even the HD650's sing now
You did it! Congrats! Woo make some fine gear.

Please let us know how the black looks up close.

I had a chance to demo every headphone amp they make while at CanJam. The WA6-SE was by far the best headphone amp I have ever heard. I was surprised to find that I liked it a lot more than the much more expensive Woo Audio amps. You've made a great choice. Congrats!

Thank you greekgod.

I think the fact this amp is reviewed as a strong attack, the 700s have great highs and only slightly weak in the attack, that this should be a marriage of 2 great products and have that wow factor.

I was sent an e-mall yesterday and the amp shipped out Friday, should be here this coming Thursday .....

Jack told me 2-4 weeks and he was at the NY show past week, but got this built this week for me, great service, only took a week to build and ship

Djwhog,

I have never heard the HD700 but I will say that the HD650 and HD800 sounded amazing with the WA-6SE. Just as the WA-6SE was my favorite headphone amp at CanJam, the Sennhieser HD650 and HD800 were my favorite headphones. I think you will be VERY happy.

The 700 sound stage is soooo wide and they are night to day clearer on the top end compared to the 650s. I am sure my 650s have been under powered all that said..

review is coming next week after I get at least 150 hours, I will give a quick 1st take too.

I own the W2 and a pair of Senn 700's. sounds amazing if you like rich full vs analytical. However I prefer to use the Woo with Beyers and pair the Senns with a Benchmark DAC1.
