No, I hadn't but just now finished looking at their website. The speaker stands are a dramatic work of art and they offer a very nice colour stain, African Sapele.

Yes, African Sapele looks very cool. I was thinking black legs with African Sapele shelves would be a nice contrasting combo.

I am taking a trip to Berkley and San Francisco to look at gear and racks later this week. If anyone has HIFi shop suggestions, chime in.

Never. For me, too removed.I still like the de facto rack look. I did consider the built in look, but it just for me seems too refined and perfect. It should look like me: flawed and imperfect

You might consider a Timbernation rack. I just ordered this one with 58" between the posts, 64" wide overall. Shipment will be in about 3 weeks.

Just looked at the Timbernation racks for the first time...wow they look nice.
