You could not help but make it political. The video is about celebrating the 4th which is our Independence. Lighten up Frances.

Not at all political. I was taught and still believe that guns are not "toys" to be played with. And the folks I shoot with (100's of my fellow hunters & competitors) agree. Not a fan of guns being treated as toys. 1200 members at my club and those antics would immediately get you kicked out. Regardless of your excuse...........

I apologize if you did not mean to be political but you used a poor choice of words.

Wikipedia's definition:

The*Three Percenters, also styled*3 Percenters,*3%ers*and*III%ers,[1]*are an American*far-right*militia movement[2]*and*paramilitary*group.[3]*The group advocates*gun ownership rights*and resistance to the*U.S. federal government's involvement in local affairs.

The group's name derives from the disputed claim that only three percent of American colonists took up arms against the*Kingdom of Great Britain*during the*American Revolution.[4][5]

The*Southern Poverty Law Center*categorizes the Three Percenters as an "anti-government" group.[6]*Some Canadian experts consider the group the "most dangerous extremist group" in Canada.[4]

Love the video. BRCC and people like them have done more to get people into the shooting sports than nearly any other group. Especially large national ones. You can still have FUN and be SAFE. Don't let the Fudds tell you otherwise.

If I wasn't working everyday to get projects wrapped up before a much needed vacation we'd have had a 4th of July shooting spectacular.

Don't know about the rest here, but after reading a "Fudd" I feel I'm at least a 'casual' shooter. This morning I casually shot a .22BPCR match. Tues evening will be our weekly hi-power league (300yd prone from a standing position with 2-strings of 2&8 this week). Next Sunday will shoot a 200yd off-hand hi-power steel match, the following Sat will be the Shippensburg BPCR match and 7/25-28 will be the 4-day KY BPCR/22BPCR match. All casual, mind you. More of the same each month until Nov. You can check out some of my casual rifles in the competition thread I started back in 2010, should you care to look. Have a few more rifles I should add to that thread, but will do so casually.

Sounds like you have some good competitions coming up. Good luck and hope you do well.

Thank you. Covid-19 pretty much "knocked out" the 1st half of the season, so just getting started again.
