Default South Island Whitebait Fritters
Yum, yum- a Kiwi Delicacy. Whitebait fritters, be it North Island or South Island (South Island Whitebait are larger) are just my all time favourite dish.

Ingredients
250g Whitebait (drained & gently washed)
1 Tbsp Flour Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Eggs (Lightly beaten)
1 Tbsp bread crumbs
Al Browns or Lewis Road Farm Butter for frying
Lemon Juice
Tiger Loaf thick sliced bread
Glass of Cloudy Bay - Pelorus Brut

Paella Mixta - chicken, andouille, clams, scallop, shrimp, red snapper.
Paired with a 6-year vertical + Horizontal of Camelot Highlands chard + Stature chard.
Bottom....
Cold smoked rack of lamb, mint pesto, smoked cheddar k-mac, roasted mini heirloom tomato.
Paired with 2011 Kosta Browne RRV Pinot & 2010 La Jota Howell Cabernet.

Went out to our favorite sushi restaurant, and shared a large spicy sushi boat and a large can of Sapporo.

42oz porterhouses at rest.

Table service, incl some grilled lobster tail, grill-roasted carrots and onion, and grilled white corn. Served with sauce Bearnaise.
