My McIntosh meters are off 90% of the time. I prefer it darker in the room when listening to music.

My MCD500 hasn't been able to play a disk for quite some time. Still, I turn it on to contribute to the light display with the C45, MT5, and two MC275s.

I do too. It's all I could find quickly. It's actually a pretty small one, judging by the books.

Thank you for reducing the size! I will post some of mine. I'll have to post them as attachments. I actually only have one that is of this type, but I have at least 3 others that are bent glass as is this one. None of them are what most know as Tiffany style, that is, copper foil or lead came with many small pieces. Most would be Art Nouveau. A couple are Arts & Crafts. All more or less turn of the century. One I call my Klingon lamp. I think you will see why.

John.......Here is an antique curved glass lamp I have on my desk in the office. I inherited from my grandmother who had this lamp on her desk for over fifty years. My grandmother's picture is just to the right of the lamp.

Dan,
I didn't see your pics until I posted this. Very nice to have this lamp that was your Grandmother's. I believe I see you in the top one.

The first lamp is the first one I bought from this site. All the ones I'm posting right now came from there. I'm posting 8 of the 12 pics to give some idea of what you see on that site. On the rest of the lamps I'll just post 2 or 3 pics & maybe the description. All of these pictures are of the exact lamp that I bought. Clicking should get full size, I think.

Here is the full-size version of the one posted earlier post #16. (which I do not own). >>Of all the lamps, this is the ony one that, when lit, doesn't really look like the pic. It looks great, just not like this; Don't know why. All the rest look exactly like these pics when lit.

I call it the mushroom lamp. No, I don't have names for any of the others except for the "Klingon lamp". I'll post that after a few more "regular" ones.

I don't have the info for this one for some reason. I was looking for it a few weeks ago. It's a little smaller than the previous ones @ 24" ( to the very top of the finial ) I think I remember that it was referred to as thought to be from France or Begium or of French design.
