Just teasing, Dan! Seriously, though, it's been interesting to follow the progress of your studio system versus your living room system. My impression is that the studio system has moved into the lead. Your thoughts?

John.......You are correct, the studio is my preferred system. I am not disappointed with the living room sound system in the slightest. It is very satisfying, though the living room layout restricts optimization of my speaker locations. This limits the sweet spot to a very narrow location on the couch. None the less, I love listening to the living room system. It fills the house with music.

The studio was designed and built for sound, and is dedicated for that sole purpose. This automatically gives the studio a leg up over the living room. Once I purchased the Anniversario speakers my focus and goals for this sound system changed. My desire was to make this the primary two channel listening experience in my home, and this drove my component purchase decisions. What has transpired has exceeded my goal by a wide margin. The studio has become an audio experience that I look forward to every single day. The new MC2301's sealed the deal.

Well presented Dan. "Organic" does indeed sum them up in one word, for they are magically alive conveying new introductions of the artist & his/her performance. They promote a privileged sense of intimacy. Our Master of Ceremonies, the 2301s set such a high listening benchmark, you will find it difficult to accept anything less musical.
