I'm saving my money to buy a platinum Bentley.

I saw a picture of a silver (sterling) Bentley and I think platinum would be a little classier.

Very nice watch, though!!!!

Thanks friends and all. The main reason I wanted it was because its so understated. The other reason that really egged me on was the great discount (well, actually, more like the exchange rate) I could get with the help from Howie - once again, big thanks to you Bro!

The next one - Lange Daymatic.

Until I sort myself out on the hifi scene, I shall but enjoy my current system and be happy with horology!

Cheers!

This is in no way to disrepect either McIntosh or Rolex, but I just realized that they are very similar in their niche in their own culture. Rolex is highly marketed and percieved by the public to be "high status" items. However, every watchmaker I have talked to, winks at me when I mentioned Rolex as a top tier watch. Same with McIntosh. If you ask the general public, it is "Oh it is a McIntosh (in a high status way). But to many, many hard core audioheads, McIntosh is also highly marketed and not for the "serious" listener. I do not thinks these things, but you get my drift.
