Stephen.....love the system and what a beautiful room. Simple, elegant, and first class all the way. Like your taste in music I've been thinking about downsizing myself and your room and system makes me want to even more.

Dave

Thanks Arthur,

You are a man of refined tastes...

I designed, built, and decorated this entire room.

It was an attic. Wish I had some "before" pics handy.

Stephen.....sorry to see all your Mc gear is gone ......but as long as your enjoying your downsized system, that's all that counts. Congrats!!

btw....very nice looking room......where's the Barzilay at? Another part of the house?

I'm still trying to figure out what's the difference or link between Audio Note Japan(Kondo) and Audio Note UK??? Anybody? Tried the Google thing already

Ciso,

Thanks,

This is the little bit that I know...

Peter Q ,from the UK, took over the Audio Note brand almost 9 years ago.

There is no longer an Audio Note Japan, Mr Kondo now has his own brand under the name Kondo.

You still see some older Japan made AN around at VERY high collector prices.

The Barzilay in in my office, (still rockin') pics to follow.

Dan,

You are indeed a lucky man to be rooted where you are. It sounds like in the past you lived a life somewhat like mine, always moving around.

My office is comfortable, if cluttered with junk. It is in a heated garage, that is sheetrock on the floor to protect the new concrete. ~600Sq ft.

The question will be... if those boxes are still packed a year from now... do I need any of that "stuff"?

OK< back to OT
