You can't go wrong with the Eames Lounge Chair plus Ottoman. I have had mine since 2002. Although, I would suggest getting a chair that is height adjustable so you can adjust to the speaker's tweeter level. Otherwise you will have to mess around with your speakers rake angle to get them dialed in appropriately for your seat height. Just a suggestion. I bought the Eames chair from Design Within Reach back in 2002. They have many other options to consider. Check them out: Eames® Lounge & Ottoman - Design Within Reach

I thought about the copies, but heard they are pretty shabby...

so I'm going to bite the proverbial bullet and go for a Herman Miller..ouch

my speakers are on my hearth, so raised ~6", very nice level...plus open space in front...

thnx, they have competitive pricing...
