I apologize for the wait. There have been unexpected delays in receiving some of the final, cosmetic parts. This is not uncommon in our industry and one of the real challenges to producing truly unique products with parts that don't exist elsewhere.

That said, I am not a proponent of dealers taking pre-paid orders for products that have not started shipping. Although the guys at the CC are very trustworthy, I'll speak to them about this practice. I would be pleased to help arrange a full refund through your dealer, while still making sure your pre-order remains in place should you want that. While we anticipate being able to begin production soon, likely within the next 2 weeks, we would be remiss stating an exact date of availability while these final pieces for production remain in transit.

I'm not sure what your point is with rehashing what others have already said?

The manufacture was kind to step in and has taken care of it. BTW, I would have never let this transaction go one like this as long as it did if a major health issue had not taken priority. Enough said.

I recently received my new Sigma speaker cables which replaced my Anaconda's, and must say that they are spectacular and a good deal better in my opinion. If you like the Anaconda's, it is my bet that the new Sigmas will impress you even more. These cables are great and a must audition.
