A copy of the famous WE cabinet design for this line of speaker chassis. Nothing new design by Mr. Shindo.

I'll admit that the cabinet isn't breaking new ground, but I do not think that this was a copy of a WE cabinet. Their literature suggests that, in addition to the "famous," though not necessarily good sounding ornate shoe boxes which typically accompanied the KS-14703, the WE enclosures we a tad more box-like:

There were wider cabinet suggestions for those speaker but not all literature seems online available. Shindo for sure did know them.

[QUOTE=Ile_D_ARZ;383213]

I could only find the photos of the interior of my old 349A amps..

Hi,
I dig out this once well visited thread in the hope of an answer by Ile d'Arz.
I was wondering how this amplifier could work as one of the 349A tubes apparently seems to be not connected !!
Chère île, n'auriez vous pas d'autres photos de l'intérieur de cet ampli à partager?

I haven't checked the circuit carefully, but I believe it's the 6SN7GT that appears not to be connected, but it actually is wired to the AC in a way that suggests it's being used as a tube rectifier.

Just a guess, I'd have to check out the circuit more carefully.
