I am using a combo of Nordost Valhalla 2 & Frey 2 Power cables along with the Nordost QB8 distribution for my components. (C1100 & MC601's) Significantly lowered the noise floor and increased resolution. Pretty amazing results.

I need to add more but those little gems are not cheap

For my amps (MC611s), I have just installed a dedicated 20amp service outlet and plan to plug the amps directly into the outlet without any power conditioner. I also plan to use the standard power cords that come with the mc611, but wonder if it's worth to upgrade the power cords for the amps.
I did run a separate 20 amp line up to my room specifically for the amps. No conditioner there. I definitely notice less digital hash on my source components with the Bit 15. My amp is on the front wall with the speakers, and source/pre is back on the side wall. The Bit 15 is plugged into the circuit supplying the rest of the Room (lights, TV, 2 Computers, printer, etc.)

Correct, yet I see people (and Mc dealers) use it with source components and amps

I use a Black Star power cable from Studio Connections on my MA9000. Way better than a standard power cable IMO!
