........about to kick-off. Checkered flag shortly. Go Cadillac (last year's winner ) and Corvette. Will know in about 24hr.

Looks like Honda has poured their entire racing budget into IMSA for 2018.

They've got lots of time to get it sorted.
That in-cockpit camera/sound from the #10 Cadillac is just great. Gotta love the sound of the slightly smaller 2018 5.6L V8.

This is an awesome event. Already planning my return for next year to watch the midengine Corvette and Ford GT duke it out!

Dave & Craig - We need to give some thought to an AAf gathering at next year's event. Car-train for your car, Dave.

Looks like it could get wet tonight. That will make it interesting with all the newbies in the prototypes. Likely be some shift changes if it rains. Fernando Alonso may get a chance to show us that he is the modern 'rain master'.
