This album is our first DXD recording!
The album was used by Schnerzinger, Zellaton and Nagra at the Munich High End Show 2017 to demonstrate their products.

If I may offer a slight correction, DXD is actually 24bit/352.8kHz PCM. According to the specs for your Esoteric K03-x it will support playback of DXD via its USB input. The latest Carmen Gomes release from Sound Liaison was mastered directly in DXD and all other formats are conversions. They feel that they've achieved their best sound quality yet in that format, but any of their releases are of unusually fine quality. So for those with a system that does not support DXD, you can still achieve excellent quality with any of the converted formats available. Hope this helps, it's an excellent album in any format!

Went on tried to download a file and it will not open. I get this error message about unzipping the file. I sent a email, waiting to hear back. This is one thing I don't like about downloading music.

Use a third party application. I used decompressor on my Mac and it worked perfectly. It is a free application.

Sound Liaison is very helpful, just contact them by email and I'm sure they'll resolve it for you! In my experience they've always been very responsive. It will be worth the slight inconvenience for that excellent recording!

I think they have an FAQ on their site about the third party downloader. They're super friendly if file is corrupted or something. Stick with it - works like a charm and is well worth it.

When I had a similar problem, the owner emailed me back within a couple hours on a late Saturday afternoon. Their support has been very good for me.
If I recall, most of the info regarding a 3rd party downloader refers to Windows based machines. It sounds as if the file may be corrupted.

Not impressed with the support , sent another email today. I will have to file a dispute with PayPal and American Express tomorrow if I can't open the file by then.

Sorry and surprised to hear this. My experience has always been perfect. Let us know how it works out. They're a small shop, so someone may be on vacation or something.
