Purchased several material items from Needle Doctor and have had no issues. I have a buddy that has bought lots and lots of stuff from them and he loves them.

Needle Doctor is an excellent company/site from my past experiences and you can even haggle with them on prices over the phone and get more discounts.

While I always give Ivan an opportunity, he does not always have what I'm looking for. I've dealt with the Needle Doctor many times over the years and find the above to be the best approach to dealing with them.

I don't think I've bought anything expensive from Needle Doctor, maybe a set of Kimber Kables IIRC, but no problems w/them at all. Think I picked up a Shure cart for my Dual 1019 there and my Spin Clean years ago. Very reputable place.

Sorry I was not more clear. There is a free side to this website, or one can subscribe. MasterLu is Ivan. He runs/owns the website. If you pay $25 (I think, eithere way its a nominal fee) per year, you are a subscriber. Then you have access to a marketplace that you do not see on the public side of things. He will stretch you dollar further than just about anywhere else.

I've purchased a Shelter and a few Denon cartridges from them. I have contacted them for product questions a few time and a HUMAN answered the phone. Knowable and nice people. Note: I have not purchased from them in a few years.
