Naim cable is mandatory imho for Naim amps.

Gosh...I still don't see any pictures even with you being up all night...

Yes, let's do get together, John. PM me when you get back to town!

Maybe we can terrorize the local dealers with a group listening session!

Ok! Ok! Here ya go.

Not very pretty, but it does put out some tunes! If I can get past some of the Honey Do's, and my other activities, my goal is to do a little furniture making and get rid of the old Sony TV cabinet that we brought up from the basement.

As you can see, the setup does double duty. Speaker placement isn't ideal. The REL T-5 is off to the right, out of the picture.

Can't wait for my own music inner sanctum.

Jerome, you are so kind. And, yes, the more live music the better.

Pider,
Glad to hear the Naim integrated is working out for you. I've personally never heard Dyn with Naim, but I know many folks that very much like the pairing.

With respect to some brightness, if you are still experiencing that, I would give your new Naim gear a few weeks to burn in. My guess is it will improve markedly.

When I first got my Schiit Bifrost, it almost drove me out of the room. Four months later, it was sublime.

And my C-J CT-5, I don't even want to go into how long that took to burn in....sheesh.

Pider,
I just found a post from an XS2 owner dating from September about running in a new XS2...

"I would not hesitate to by an XS2 again, but the sound will change as it runs in. It started quite dynamic, then went a little laid back, had a spell when the sound went quite bland, but has now opened up beautifully and has me rushing home from work, just to play some music. My dealer says it will keep on getting better and better (can't wait !!!)"
