Both, but crossovers are different still.

The tweeter crossover is actually first order electrical but is intended as a 2nd order Linkwitz-Riley. (the acoustic roll-off adds 5dB over the first octave).

However, it would have been optimum if the BW engineers had corrected the (coil f0) impedance bump at 800Hz, which corrupts the electrical roll-off through the second octave. The tweeter is only 13db at 800Hz, which is >10dB higher than it should be, which compromises the mid and treble performance somewhat.
