Thanks!
First off, congrats!!! Can't wait to see photos!

Second, like others have mentioned, give them some time (100-400 hours). You will understand after that

BTW - your post reminded me that I still have to peel of the frisk form my 6 months old speakers. (I know, I know ...)

I just did, and the finish quality is just AMAZING. Feel like I bought them for the second time, LOL.

Oh you have gone 6 months without seeing the finish on those beauties? You have been missing out. I hope you fell in love with them all over again

So no one can foreshadow the types of changes that will come with break in?

I just found out that my order was messed up - I got the wrong woofer resistors. For those of you who don't know about this, Wilson makes different resistors for all the crososvers and offer one that reduces the output of the woofer between 70 and 90 hz (the most typical hump in rooms). I auditioned a pair of Sashas with both resistors and found the one with the dip worked best in my room. So I now have to get them changed (unlike the midrange and tweeter resistors, soldering is involved :-( )

MadFloyd... I am sorry to hear about this. If I was closer, I would come and do it myself! I will look into this with Jerron and see what/if there is anything that can be done to speed this up. In the meantime, keep breaking them in, and I will get back to you ASAP with what I find out.

P.S. Your dealer knows about this, right? Has he said that he will be out to fix it? Dealers (I believe) should have a small stock of all the different resistors at their store. If they don't, let me know and I will have Jerron get some out to you ASAP!

Hi Deb,

Yup, my dealer knows about this because I asked him to call and confirm. Seems there was a miscommunication somewhere.

My dealer still needs to come out and voice the speakers and they will do the swap at that point, so while I'm disapointed, it will be taken care of soon.

Thanks for the quick attention though!
Ian
