Good timing I suppose. I just recently started in this hobby. I was eyeing either the 452 or a pair of 601s. Hopefully, I can snag a pair of 601s on a good deal

There’s an MC402 in the marketplace, price was just dropped too. Need to be a subscriber to see sale items, but it’s well worth it!

I actually get this. I've wondered about what happens when I'm too old to move, let alone lift, my 501s, and maybe downsizing at some point.

As for the 611s, I see them as I see the 601s: I don't have the space, money, or need for them. But they're nice to look at.

I like the 601s (a whole, whole lot), not sayin I wouldn’t upgrade but I’d have to hear the 611s, at home, for a few days, before making that call. As far as moving them, when I get too old, thats why I had kids. When they get done cutting the grass they can move amps. I’ll tell them that’s what their mother wants.
