Could the Jeff Rowland Continuum S2 be a contender for the top spot?

I had a chance to hear the 2 lower end Rega Integrateds in the same dealer system, and going from the Brio-R to the Elex-R was ear opening.

Up until this point I thought Rega gear sounded polite and sweet, with enough detail to make it better then most.

Now though, I would be very interested in hearing the Osiris.

Anyone, other than Ivan (who loves it), heard the Accuphase E-450?

Gryphon Diablo drives just about anything, not outrageously expensive and sounds wonderful with lots of different speakers.

I had the E-450. It is a great integrated amplifier. I only sold it because I wanted to go to a pure class A integrated like my E-560. Accuphase is a great brand...

I had a good time listening to various great integrated, Moon, Rega, Acoustic Research, Krell among others. Best over all for me was of course the one I bought. PLUS I saved $5000.00 and more over some of the others. It was simply the best for the money, no not the best for an unlimited amount of money. Bryston B135 SST².......

Is the Diablo Class AB or is it biased in Class A up to the first X watts and then switches over to Class AB?

I have always been intrigued by Gryphon but they have been out of the US market for a while now. I think when Mr. Rasmussen made a foray into the US a while working with an importer, he had a very bad experience (can't remember the details) and essentially withdrew from the US market.
