I use a Sunfire HRS 8 with my XR50 on my MA6600 amp!

That fits perfectly imo!

reviving and old thread here, but first off I want to say that I too live in a condo and don't have the physical space for large speakers, nor the ability to play too loudly but I value good tone and solid bass... I tried a half dozen higher end "book shelf" speakers and these were head and shoulder above the rest, but also cost more than all but the JBL..

My only conundrum is whether I should run the 4ohm or 8ohm output from my 462... right now I'm using the 8ohm as that's what the speaker is rated for... wonder if anyone else has tried using the 4ohm and got better results?
