The trouble is due to Windows 10 disabling SMB 1.0 access by default. It can be re-enabled simply by following directions in the following article. Let me know how it works out.

When I had this issue I contacted Chris at Bryston and the fix was to enable SMB 1.0 protocol in Windows 10. You can google, there are plenty of links that shows how to do it.
