Indeed.......... not only has the equipment changed the game but the pro's are now truly athletes, many who could be playing linebacker on a reasonable college football team. What is Koepka........... 6'2" and 225? And several of the others in the top-25 are of similar athletic caliber (as is Tiger, only older). Definitely different from Jack's hay-days.

Palmer Nicklaus and Player weren't athletes?

Rest assured at 82 this guy is in better shape than Tiger or Keopka

Factor in Tiger was doping.

You are stating as fact an allegation that has never been proven or verified and therefore is not a fact.

That's because the PGA wasn't testing for drugs until a couple years ago. But this is all you need to know.

The same Doctors who got Alex Rodriguez kicked out of baseball for an entire season were also treating Tiger Woods In the end Tiger bulking up like he did is responsible for the serious back injuries he's been dealing with for the past 6-7 years. He could have easily beaten Jack's major championship record, but he decided to go the short cut route and now he's paying the price.

Even if he doesn't win, I would say he is "back". The naysayers had him dead and buried. 3 months ago nobody thought he had a chance in hell of making the Ryder Cup team.

I was and still am a big Jack fan as well has Tiger, to say the equipment is better now vs then is also true when bobbly jones played, imagine how he would do then with the equipment of today.

As far has doping, we don't really know. Do you really think no one else in sports" any sport isn't". Like Lance Armstrong, he just got caught was all.

Tiger well win again, if not this weekend soon and I cant wait till he does and when he does his confidence well really come through and I suspect he well when alot more. To cap off his career I hope he wins 4 majors in the same year.

The pressure is showing today, but he's up-to-the-task thus far (7-to-go) and leading by 5 as the pressure affects everyone.

The scene of 18 was something you seldom see in golf. The golf world had been waiting for that for 5 years.

Looking forward to a entertaining Ryder Cup.
