I’ve been a Mac guy since the early 2000’s. We have several in our house. I’m forced to use a PC at work because running parallels with a virtual windows is just a PITA. And I have a contact manager, and a few others that only run on Windows. |

same with MS's server. we are running server 2008 rather than the newer version. In 2014 we "upgraded" to server 2008 from 2003. This is why I own Apple stock and Microsoft stock. |

I've killed Toshibas and Gateways with little to no real effort.
My HP Envy, however, just keeps hangin' in there.

I've had Mac's at home since the beginning of Apple, and never had problems with them, yes you pay more but they run with little to no problems.
For my hi-fi system, I'm using a new dedicated Mac Mini and a new dedicated iPad that makes a great and simple combo with Roon, Tidal and a ripped library. Like "mtroo" and others, Microsoft at work is standard, but have lost $K's in work stations, servers and documents attacked by Trojans; were a little smarter now thanks to the cloud but with many users it is hard to fully control. With that, being said, I just bought my son a new Surface Pro i7, 16MB which is replacing text books this upcoming year and must admit it's very nice! |

I'm stuck with windows at the office, but I haven't used windows at home since 1995.
It was Windows 95 that made me get a Mac |
