I just bought this used Sheffield Lab vinyl that says “The Sheffield TRACK Record” it was supposed to be use for testing, is this correct?

Mainly for testing dynamic range. They also had the Drum Record.
Sheffield Lab Live to 2-track records are about as good as you can get on vinyl. I have a few dozen. |

There are many audiophile labels, but I’ve heard nothing that sounds as live as the Sheffield Lab catalog. The Tower of Power Direct and Thelma Houston and Pressure Cooker D2D LPs simply have to be heard to be believed.
